Hey student stylers. It's about time I made a microwavable desert blog. If you're like me and love a good desert moment keep reading this. At school many times we find ourselves with minimal ingredients, but crave a good homemade dessert. These microwavable desserts can be made with minimal ingredients that stay long in a dorm, or that you can even maybe snatch from your dining hall. You don't have to be an experienced chef to successfully mix and microwave this desert in its singular mug. These are truly a win win, with little cleanup, and a short prep and bake time.
This delicious mug cake can be mixed and cooked all in a microwave safe mug. This desert satisfies both a sweet and salty craving with the peanut butter and chocolate. You're even getting some protein in with that peanut butter. Just a tip, get some milk from the cereal station at your dinning hall and bring it back to your dorm :)
PS: make this dessert vegan with a dairy free milk and some dark chocolate chunks or dark chocolate chips
Ingredients:
4 tbsp all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1/4 cup fat-free milk
3 tbsp creamy peanut butter
